4. ORDERS
By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of:

- Stock availability issues
- Incorrect customer information
- Technical errors
If an order is cancelled after payment has been taken, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Melamay does not directly store your complete payment card information.
6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Orders are prepared and shipped to the delivery address provided by the customer during checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances including:

- High order volumes

7. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

8. RETURNS
Melamay offers a 30-day return policy.
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unworn
- Unused
- In the same condition in which it was received
- With original tags attached
- In its original packaging

9. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

10. REFUNDS

If you would like a different size, colour or product, please contact us.
The fastest way to obtain another item may be to return the original item and place a new order once the return has been accepted.
12. RETURN SHIPPING
Unless an item is damaged, defective or incorrect, return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer.
Any applicable statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
13. CUSTOMS AND IMPORT CHARGES
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes or other charges may apply depending on the destination.
Where these charges are not collected at checkout, they may be payable directly to the relevant local authority or delivery provider.

These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which Melamay is legally established.
